RIA Marketing Associate

Envestnet is seeking a RIA Marketing Associate to join our Marketing department. This is a hybrid role, with in-office work required at our Berwyn, PA office location.

Job Summary :

The RIA Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the adoption and utilization of unified managed account technology and personalized investment solutions within the RIA channel. This role will partner closely with RIA Distribution and cross-functional stakeholders to design and execute marketing programs that support business objectives.

Success in this position requires strong project and relationship management skills, the ability to take ownership of key initiatives, and a track record of delivering measurable results. The ideal candidate brings experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing programs, with a background in financial services or investment marketing. This individual must be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively to translate strategy into impactful marketing execution.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Drive engagement and create opportunity within the RIA target segment by working with Marketing and Distribution leadership to create an integrated go-to-market approach.
  • Own the day-to-day marketing efforts of managed account and personalized investment solutions in the RIA space, including content development and promotional strategies across web, email, webinars, sales enablement, events, etc.
  • Provide regular reporting on KPIs, campaign ROI, and marketing attribution to demonstrate impact and inform decision-making.
  • Establish and deepen relationships with key stakeholders across the organization through consistent engagement and communication.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the RIA market and financial services industry, including trends, business needs, and how Envestnet's solutions can help advisors accomplish their objectives.
  • Partner across marketing to support larger-scale initiatives aligned to corporate goals.
  • Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.
  • As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.

    • Required Qualifications :

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, business, or related field, preferably in Financial Services.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Ability to operate cross-functionally and interact with both peers and executive audiences.
  • Proven success working in a dynamic business environment and demonstrating the ability to adapt with the organization as grows.
