• Interviews : Virtual Interview via MS Teams video. Please use laptop and be prepared so share screen if asked. 2nd round interviews may be conducted in-person, so candidates must be available for an in-person interview.
• Duration : 1 year with possible extension
• Position location : Lansing, MI. Resource will be working a hybrid schedule. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION. Will need to be onsite from day 1, two days a week (onsite days are Wednesdays and Thursdays)
• Local candidates strongly preferred, or non-local candidates who are willing to relocate at their own expense from acceptance with no delays.

NEW Interview Attachment Functionality : When you receive an interview request, you will now receive a notification if an attachment is required with the request. As previously required for the SOMI, a current screenshot photo of your candidate is required when they receive an interview request. This now must be uploaded BEFORE you can accept the interview request and cannot be edited after the interview is accepted. This will need to be added when you approve the interview.
