Control and administer the External Financial reporting activities for the assigned BU. Additionally, ensure that all General Accounting transactions are completed on a timely basis and conducted in a proper manner.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer and conduct all Accounting activities relating to Capital Assets.Direct and guide the Financial reporting of the Payroll area.Control the monthly Account Analysis of all Balance Sheet elements.Report the monthly financial statements, which include the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Summary of Reserves, and Source and Use of Funds. Cash Forecast.Control and the issuance of the yearly audits, top and tax package.Provide various information and issue various reports relating to the Yearly Budget.Long Range Plan preparation.Provide and issue all insurance reports as required.Prepare all Government reports on an annual basis.Assist the Division Controller as required.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
