Schedule 12-hour night shifts with a schedule of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday as needed. Job Description Join our team as an Orthopedic-Neuro RN, responsible for delivering exceptional care to orthopedic and neuro-surgery patients. The unit supports 33 private beds with a focus on elective surgeries as well as general MedSurg cases. Responsibilities Provide care for patients undergoing elective surgeries including hips, knees, and shoulders. Assist in the management of PCA pumps and IV fluids. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Monitor patients and provide necessary interventions in a timely manner. Support patient care techs (PCTs) in their duties related to vitals and daily living activities. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Must have experience with orthopedic patients and PCA pumps. BLS certification required. EPIC experience is mandatory.
