Job Description

POSITION TITLE : Executive Management

DUTIES :

• Provides a variety of subject matter expertise to an assigned functional area. Specific roles and responsibilities will be identified upon each solicitation. Furthermore, any additional education, experience or qualifications will also be conveyed in the solicitation.
• Provide training support for Liquid Waste in the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of assigned instructional programs in accordance with approved training program descriptions and training plans.
• General responsibilities include :
• Analyzing, assessing, extracting and converting training content from technical / administrative documents or Subject Matter Experts into relevant instructional material meeting organizational standards;
• Obtaining Drill Controller qualification within two months of employment and maintaining qualification throughout contract period;
• Obtaining On-the-Job Training / Job Performance Measure Instructor / Evaluator qualification within three months of employment and maintaining qualification throughout contract period;
• Obtaining Instructor qualifications in a designated Liquid Waste operating facility within six months;
• Presenting lesson materials at the instructional level or method established by Operations and Training Management.

PROCESS : In special circumstances, the need may arise for the staff augmentation services of a uniquely qualified candidate(s). As a result, the process will follow as such :

NOTES : There will be no minimum / maximum hourly rates entered into the respective price schedules. Therefore, it is incumbent of the Offerors to negotiate competitive direct and indirect rates to produce a fully burdened rate. The fully burdened rate and subsequent total value will be evaluated in comparison amongst all offers received. Offerors are not permitted to restrict competition through non-compete or any other means. Overtime, if any, shall be compensated at the straight time rate.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS : Candidates shall have as a minimum :

ADDITIONALLY PREFERRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS : Candidates having one or more of the following are preferred :

WORK HOURS : A 40-hour work week is scheduled. Position will be on 4 / 10 schedule (10 hours / day; four days per week), Work week excludes SRS holidays. Each workday has a 30-minute lunch.

AREA SECURITY ACCESS : A security clearance is not required.
