Position Summary

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will lead a team of production staff to ensure daily goals for output, quality, and safety are consistently achieved. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisors serve as the primary on-floor leaders overseeing multiple production lines including encapsulation, blending, and packaging. You'll coordinate closely with Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations, clear communication, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet schedule, efficiency, and quality targets.
• Assign and coordinate work for operators, blenders, and line associates.
• Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety standards.
• Monitor production line performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct shift-start meetings, communicate priorities, and maintain a positive, team-oriented environment.
• Partner with QA to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance during all production runs.
• Collaborate with Warehouse to confirm materials are properly staged, weighed, and reconciled.
• Document production data including output, downtime, and labor; reporting daily results to the Production Manager.
• Lead, coach, and mentor team members, fostering growth and accountability.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to reduce waste, improve throughput, and enhance product consistency.
