Position Type : Contract to Hire

Required Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to talk in detail about their experience in these areas on actual projects (not just training experience)
• Candidates must possess at least 7 years of project experience in the following areas :
• Must have experience leading test automation strategy, framework design, and execution for Salesforce Health Cloud implementations
• Strong hands-on experience developing automated test frameworks using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, RestAssured, Appium, Test Complete, Eggplant Functional, ACCELQ, or testRigor
• Prior experience in a healthcare insurance setting is a must
• Must have experience integrating automated tests into CI / CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
• Must have experience leading teams of remote workers including offshore and / or nearshore automation engineers
• Must have demonstrable experience automating functional, integration, regression, and performance tests for Salesforce solutions
• Must have experience estimating automation work in an Agile environment
• Must have familiarity with standard Agile ceremonies (planning, grooming, stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Must have familiarity with SAFe framework
• Must have solid practices for tracking automation progress, managing defects, and driving continuous improvement
• Must have deep knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud functionality, data model, and integrations
• Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to lead, coach, mentor, negotiate, and positively influence technical teams
• Extreme levels of organization and attention to detail are necessary to succeed in this position
• Must have experience developing reusable automation components and integrating them into CI / CD workflows
• Must be highly flexible and adaptable; capable of evolving practices to fit within an emerging and evolving delivery process
