Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.

Experience with data visualization.

Experience working in the digital / video advertising space.

Preferred qualifications : Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

3 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization.

Experience designing advertiser-facing surfaces or with Google Ads.

Experience working with large design systems and aligning requirements across different systems.

Ability to collaborate and influence engineering and product management teams and manage ambiguous problems.

Work within the constraints of existing design systems and engage with the design system owners to expand them when necessary.

Help support and develop design team culture, and mentor junior designers in the team.
