Construction Superintendent
We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee daily on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure alignment with project plans, schedules, and specifications while maintaining compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
- Monitor project progress and address issues proactively to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to maintain clear communication and resolve field challenges.
- Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to track milestones and maintain documentation.
- Support commissioning and turnover activities.
Essential Skills
The pay range for this position is $62.50 - $72.11 / hr.
