A company is looking for a Case Management Referral Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the referral email inboxes and process referrals in the ALARISware System
Attend ongoing training and handle case re-openings and changes to open cases
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Referral Coordinator Supervisor or Referral Operations Manager
Required Qualifications
Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of relevant computer applications, including Microsoft products
Basic business and customer service experience preferred
Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to maintain a home-office environment with high-speed internet connection
