Summary : Responsible for performing indirect care for residents.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Coordinates specific work tasks with other personnel within the department as well as with other units and departments to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of information.
Reports pertinent information to the immediate supervisor as requested, or according to an established schedule; compiles information as necessary or as directed and provides data to appropriate personnel.
Provides excellent customer service by interacting and responding to needs / requests / issues of employees, families, contractors, colleague agencies, volunteers, visitors, and or the general public.
Maintains awareness of all services offered by EverTrue; takes appropriate action to actively promote, support, and communicate them to prospective clients, residents, and families.
Participates in meetings and on task forces, committees, etc., as assigned.

A well-lighted and ventilated working area that has its own temperature control system (air conditioning and heat). Is subject to emotionally upset residents, or family members. Is willing to work beyond normal working hours and on weekends and holidays when necessary. Is subject to exposure to fumes or airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals. Is subject to exposure to infectious waste, diseases, conditions, etc., including exposure to the AIDS and Hepatitis B virus within guidelines of standard precautions. Appropriate ergonomic and personal safety equipment is provided as needed.

EverTrue Pay & Benefits
Pay grade : 07, $15.00 / hour to $22.00 / hour.
Eligible for shift differentials : Yes.
