The Process Management Analyst will be responsible for assessing and documenting facility requirements needed to support system operations and maintenance for government programs. This includes evaluating workshops, storage areas, and testing spaces, as well as developing facility layouts and segregated repair / storage areas to ensure compliance with government standards. The analyst will collaborate with internal teams and Shield AI representatives to plan, coordinate, and execute facility-related tasks while adhering to ANSI GEIA-STD-0007 standards.
Responsibilities
Facilities Assessment and Planning :
- Assess facility requirements to support operations, maintenance, and testing, including workshops, storage, and segregated repair areas.
- Develop facility layouts and provide recommendations for establishing compliant spaces that segregate government-purchased equipment from other materials.
- Ensure infrastructure supports long-term system reliability and maintainability, aligned with ANSI GEIA-STD-0007 standards.
Collaboration and Coordination :
Work closely with Shield AI to coordinate facility tours and understand existing production and repair capabilities.Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather data, identify infrastructure gaps, and propose solutions.Facilitate communication with Shield AI to ensure all government requirements are integrated into facility plans.Documentation and Compliance :
Develop detailed logistics documentation related to facilities, including compliance with government standards for segregated production, repair, and storage areas.Prepare clear and accurate recommendations for infrastructure development to meet government logistics requirements.Process Management and Execution :
Provide consulting support for the planning, coordination, and execution of facility modifications, including segregated storage and repair lines.Evaluate infrastructure and ensure compliance with facility-related government requirements to reduce risks and improve operational efficiency.Risk Assessment :
Identify potential risks associated with facility operations and infrastructure development.Recommend mitigation strategies to address facility-related risks, including cross-contamination of government and non-government materials.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of experience in facilities planning, process management, or government compliance, preferably in logistics or defense programs.Familiarity with government standards for facilities, including ANSI GEIA-STD-0007 or related regulations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience evaluating infrastructure and operational requirements.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Visio).Work Environment and Conditions
This is a hybrid role, with travel required to Shield AI facilities and other sites for facility tours, meetings, and assessments. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring compliance with government standards and program objectives .
