Customer Service Representative

Dallas, TX | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

  • $18.00 / hour ($18.50 / hour for bilingual candidates)
  • Must be available Mon - Fri 7 : 00am-7 : 00pm
  • W2 contract – 4-month project with potential for extension or permanent placement
  • Start date : ASAP

ROLE IMPACT

As the first point of contact for bankruptcy-related customer inquiries, this role is critical to maintaining service excellence and regulatory compliance. Representatives support the company’s high-volume call center operations by resolving account issues and ensuring timely, professional communication. Successful candidates will demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset, contributing to both individual and team performance goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls from customers regarding account status
  • Provide accurate, efficient, and courteous responses to customer inquiries
  • Document case activity and update client systems in real time
  • Route calls or emails to appropriate departments or administrators as needed
  • Use multiple internal support platforms to resolve issues or escalate cases
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3 years recent inbound call center or high-volume customer service experience
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) communication skills required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Multi-line phone system
  • CRM / ticketing platform (experience with MSP a plus)
  • Internal workflow / documentation tools
  • PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Familiarity with MSP (mortgage servicing platform)
  • Prior experience in bankruptcy, lending, or financial services
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management abilities
