This role is ideal for recent nursing graduates or RNs with less than 12 months of experience who want to build strong clinical skills in a supportive, patient-focused environment.
Responsibilities :
- Deliver safe, compassionate care to post-surgical patients.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient recovery, administer medications, and perform treatments.
- Collaborate with physicians, experienced nurses, and allied health staff.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Educate patients and families on care and recovery.
