In this critical role, you will lead complex HRIS initiatives, drive system optimization, and serve as a subject matter expert for advanced configurations and integrations. Key Responsibilities :
- Lead complex HRIS projects, including new module implementations, system upgrades, and major enhancement initiatives from conception to completion.
- Act as a subject matter expert for HRIS functionality, providing advanced configuration, troubleshooting, and solution design.
- Design and manage complex HRIS integrations with other internal and external systems, ensuring data flow accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop sophisticated reports and analytics, providing actionable insights to HR leadership and business partners.
- Mentor junior HRIS team members and provide guidance on best practices, system functionality, and support processes.
- Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization, process automation, and efficiency gains within the HRIS landscape.
- Manage HRIS security architecture, ensuring robust data protection and compliance with evolving regulations.
- Collaborate strategically with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Payroll, Finance) to align HRIS capabilities with organizational goals.
Recommended Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of in-depth experience as an HRIS Analyst, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.Advanced proficiency and certification (if applicable) in a major HRIS platform (e.g., Workday, UKG Pro, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud).Expertise in designing, building, and maintaining HRIS integrations (e.g., API, SFTP, EDI).Strong analytical skills with proficiency in advanced reporting tools, SQL, and data visualization.Demonstrated experience in system architecture, security administration, and workflow management.Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications :
Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PHR / SPHR).Experience with change management methodologies for HRIS implementations.Deep functional knowledge across multiple HR modules (Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Learning).Experience in the manufacturing, distribution, or retail sectors.Exposure to HR technology evaluation and vendor selection processes.Roles That Should Apply :
