The Wolf's Tailor thrives on intention and strategy. We aim to build and improve local food systems through our focus on local and regional ingredient procurement. We embrace and embody ideals of zero waste and kaizen, and continuously strive to provide paramount hospitality to our guests.

Highlights of TWT Culinary & Bar Program :

Seasonality of ingredients for our menus. Working with local farmers to create a cohesive menu to support and highlight local producers.

Fermentation-driven N / A and Mixed Beverage program. Working closely with the culinary team to create a cohesive menu for our guests.

• Create memorable experiences by providing paramount hospitality to guests
• Execute proper steps of service in accordance with service guidelines
• Demonstrate food, beverage, and wine-related knowledge while communicating with guests
• Demonstrate team service mentality through supporting teammates in and outside of service
• Coming with a solution based mindset and positive attitude
• Passionate and excited to be a part of an ever evolving work environment
