Banner University Medical Center - Phoenix has a great opportunity for a Housekeeping EVS Lead . We are looking for hardworking individuals who will be responsible for ensuring our facilities' appearance is top-notch. In this role, you'll be responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the hospital. Our housekeepers are a very important part of our hospital staff. Shift Details :
Full-time | 40 Hours / Week
Nights 11pm-7 : 30am
Weekends rotations and Holidays are required
Enjoy a flat rate $1 / hour weekend shift differential and an 18%-night shift differential when applicable.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position provides leadership and training for environmental services associates, while working as a member of the EVS Associate team.
CORE FUNCTIONS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Requires skills, knowledge, and abilities in healthcare environmental services work typically acquired over two or more years of related experience. Must have leadership skills and effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must serve as a role model in customer service, safe work practices, and infection control including hand hygiene. Employees working in certain behavioral health settings must possess an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card and sign an Arizona Criminal History Affidavit at hire.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Basic computer skills in word processing and email are preferred. Additional related education and / or experience is also preferred.
