Key Responsibilities
Supervise the performance of Inbound Sales Customer Account Executives to maximize customer growth
Train and coach staff on products and services to enhance sales performance
Monitor sales activities and ensure established goals and quotas are met
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
2-5 years of relevant work experience
Strong understanding of order entry processes and error codes
Experience in managing and motivating sales teams
Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
