Job Title : Machine Operator
Shift : 3rd shift (11pm-7am M-F)
Location : York, PA
Pay Range : $20-$24 / hour + Quarterly Bonus!
Day to Day Role :
- Master our corrugated converting equipment : Set up and operate either Corrugated Equipment, Rotary Die Cutter, or Flexo Folder Gluers in the production of corrugated boxes.
- Ensure quality : Inspect and monitor production runs, ensuring products meet the highest quality standards.
- Drive efficiency : Maximize machine uptime and productivity.
- Continuous improvement : Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
