Compensation : $150,000 $180,000 base + performance bonus + full benefits

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee mid- to large-scale commercial and public works projects ranging from $5M to $50M+. The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading full-cycle construction efforts from preconstruction through close-out while maintaining client confidence and delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of project delivery budget control, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality, and safety
Lead RFIs, submittals, OAC meetings, and overall project documentation
Coordinate with architects, engineers, inspectors, and public agencies (DSA, OSHPD, city officials, etc.)
Drive field performance, mentor superintendents, and ensure trade partner accountability
Oversee cost forecasting, change orders, and pay applications with attention to detail and transparency
Support business development and preconstruction efforts by reviewing plans, budgets, and schedules
Ensure compliance with DSA and public contract requirements when applicable
Qualifications
Minimum 7+ years of project management experience with a General Contractor
Strong background in commercial, civic, or public works construction (DSA experience strongly preferred)
Skilled with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project / P6
Excellent communication and leadership skills ability to build trust with owners and field teams
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced project environments
