Job Description
BancMac, a United Community Bancorp entity, is in search of a Mortgage Closer due to the expansion of correspondent and broker loan programs with banks and credit unions within the wholesale unit. This position is currently in house. The Closer is responsible for the management and oversight or real estate closing transactions, ensuring the file closes on or before the contract closing date while providing excellent service to all parties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Reviewing title commitments and other related documents associated with residential real estate transactions for compliance and accuracy
- Preparing closing disclosures and other settlement documents necessary to complete closing transactions
- Obtaining and preparing information needed to close loan transaction
- Working closely and coordinating closing transactions with lenders, staff, and any other relevant parties to ensure a proper timely closing transaction
- Other related duties as assigned

Computer Requirements :
