Reborn Bath Solutions, the nation's leading bath remodeler, is experiencing rapid growth with over $500 million in sales this year. To keep pace with our expanding business, we are seeking skilled installation partners to join our team.

As a partner, you'll receive pre-sold products directly from our distribution center in California and be responsible for the complete installation of our 3-wall acrylic surround wall systems in our customers' homes. Your focus will be solely on installationno sales, no collections, just your craft.

Compensation : 12% of the contract price (average $18,000)

About the Role :

• Introduce yourself to customers and explain the services you'll be performing.
• Receive, inspect, and transport materials to the customer's home.
• Carry out the bathroom demolition and installation of our solid surface wall systems, including removing the old tub & tile, installing new valves and p-trap, and installing new walls and shower pan.
• Install hardware such as grab bars, shower doors, seats, and shelves.
• Manage the project from start to finish, including documenting work, collecting final payments, and submitting invoices.
• Deliver a top-notch customer experience that earns enthusiastic 5-star reviews.
