Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support an organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet systems or a segment of a network system.
• Develop an overall plan for processes and tools with the intent of creating a well-integrated development system.
• Assist in network modeling, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software.
• Assist teams in design, architecture, development, testing, and deployment of projects, as well as analysis, design, development, and implementation of network applications.
• Analyze and provide security solutions involving various firewalls.
• Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) field of study, plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any related position(s). Employer will accept a three- or four-year degree, and will accept a foreign degree.

Additional Information

No travel; no telecommuting. Job duties are project-based and performed on long-term assignments at various unanticipated sites within the U.S. which may require relocation at the end of each project.
