job_description.job_card.job_descriptionJoin one of Austin's Top General Contractors in Commercial Construction Ideal candidates will have experience with K-12 Education, Higher Education, Municipal, Healthcare, or Mission Critical projects Coordinate and oversee daily subcontractor project assignments Ensure a safe workplace that meets company standards and OSHA requirements Schedule and monitor material deliveries Perform daily quality control walks Create punch lists for trades on each phase of construction Organize city inspections Maintain job site paperwork : daily reports, material order and delivery, employee safety certifications Effectively collaborate with clients and other team members, engineers, architects, inspectors, and city officials Attend project status meetings and assist in problem solving efforts High school diploma or equivalent from accredited institution Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes Superior communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent problem-solving abilities Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction management software such as Procore
