A company is looking for a Provider Experience Associate to manage the operational and engagement lifecycle for their global provider network.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee onboarding processes for new providers and facilitate engagement activities
Track and analyze engagement metrics to recommend strategies for improvement
Maintain communication channels and handle provider-related inquiries and concerns
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in community management, event coordination, or a related role
Fluent in English and local language, both written and spoken
Comfortable using data software; prior experience with Freshdesk is a bonus
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
Open to candidates in India and the Philippines
