We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who’s excited to learn and grow while helping us share our story and reach more people. You’ll work on a wide variety of marketing activities—everything from creating content and supporting campaigns to helping with events and social media. This is a great role for someone eager to gain hands-on experience while working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive and collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do Help develop and update marketing materials, presentations, and sales resources.

Assist in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns, events, and sponsorships.

Create and schedule content for social media, email, and other digital channels.

Support research efforts to better understand our target audiences.

Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.

Track results from campaigns and help summarize performance.

What We’re Looking For 1+ years of marketing, communications, or related experience (internships count).

Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing basics.

Comfortable learning new software and tools (HubSpot, Canva / Adobe, AI tools).

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks.

A team player with a positive attitude and curiosity to learn.

Location - Flex work - hybrid location with time split between your home office and our North Phoenix office (near Deer Valley Airport)
