Now Hiring : Dropship Picker – 1st Shift

Location : [Insert City, State]

Pay Rate : $18.00 / hour

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM

( Flex hours on Mondays / Tuesdays during peak volume & OT as needed )

Position Overview :

We are seeking reliable and motivated Dropship Pickers to join our team. This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with dual functions of pick and pack during the shift.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform picking and packing duties accurately and efficiently
• Lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
• Walk continuously in a fast-paced environment
• Operate handheld devices, packing machines, and scanners ( training available, experience preferred )
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all company procedures
