PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Willard Marine is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to oversee and manage our relationship with the US Navy and all associated contracts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the US Navy, particularly with small boats, and a strong background in program management within the maritime maintenance or shipbuilding industries.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Manage and maintain relationships with the US Navy, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Oversee all US Navy contracts, ensuring compliance and successful execution.
• Respond to and manage government proposals and contracts, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and stakeholders.
