As the T901 Product Cost Leader, you will be responsible for meeting business plan development and product cost targets by leading and integrating cross-functional teams. This full-time role involves driving cost objectives, coordinating strategic business plans, and ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. Your work will directly contribute to the success of the T901 engine program and GE Aerospace's mission of defining the future of flight.

Scheduled weekly hours : 40 hours. Work shift : 1st Shift (United States of America). Must pass background checks and drug screenings. Compliance with all safety and operational standards is mandatory.
The base pay range for this position is $167,300.00 - $223,000.00 Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary / commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on October 29th, 2025.
