A Northern Virginia based general contractor focused on commercial construction projects across the DMV area looking to hire a Construction Project Engineer, Successful applicants will currently live in the Northern VA or DC area and have 1+ years of construction experience. Any commercial construction background will be considered whether your experience comes from a subcontractor or general contractor. This is a full-time, permanent job opportunity. Successful candidates will need to be US Citizens and local to the DC area, no sponsorship or visa support is available for this particular role.

What you'll need to succeed :

• 1+ years worth of experience working in the construction industry for a commercial construction general contractor.
• Any commercial construction project experience will be considered.
• Bachelor’s degree in a construction related discipline preferred but not essential. Client will look at just employment experience.
• This is a fast-paced position so you will need to be able to multi-task and be an excellent communicator and able to work with different personalities and levels of seniority within an organization.
• Candidates must be able to be in the office or jobsite 5 days a week in Northern VA / DC.
• Successful candidates will need to be US Citizens, no sponsorship opportunities are available for this role.
