Staff Nurse [Cardiac / Pulmonary Rehab]

SUMMARY : Responsible for the evaluation and coordination of cardiac rehab patients in regard to Phase I, Phase II and Phase III including charting and monitoring of the Rehab patient's progress and sending plan of care records to their physician.

Required Education / Training : Graduate from a nursing program

Required Licensure / Certification / Registration : Current Registered Nurse license with eligibility to work in the state of Missouri; BLS; ACLS (or within 9 months of hire)

Preferred Education / Training : BSN; graduate from an accredited nursing program

Preferred Experience : Minimum four (4) years clinical nursing experience in cardiology, cardiac rehab or telemetry; previous Cardiac Rehab experience

Preferred Licensure / Certification / Registration : CCRP
