The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the overall success of the operation at The Bolles School, aligning with the client's culture and guidelines, Health Department regulations, and company standards for food quality, freshness, and presentation. This role oversees all new Caf and Dining operations, manages pre-opening schedules, and analyzes financial performance. The Operations Manager fosters a strong work ethic, motivates and develops staff, and leads the team to achieve operational goals and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. Additionally, this role is expected to resolve issues promptly and professionally and maintain a positive working relationship with the client.
