Salary Range : $29.50 - $44.50

About the Role :

Become an essential part of our busy Orthopedic Clinic. Our patient population spans all age ranges, and as part of the RN team, you will work collaboratively while also managing your own responsibilities.

In this role, you will :

• Triage patient needs over the phone and through MyChart messages
• Educate patients on their health
• Assist with procedures and injections
• Mentor and provide guidance to team members
• Build supportive relationships with Providers
• Collaborate with multiple disciplines within and outside of Sanford Health

The clinic operates Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, ensuring work-life balance with no weekends or major holidays.

Job Summary :

As a Registered Nurse, you will respond to patient inquiries via telephone, assess symptom severity, and guide patients to the appropriate level of care, including scheduling appointments with healthcare providers. You will document patient interactions and maintain updated healthcare information.

Qualifications :

A graduate from an accredited nursing program is preferred, with a Bachelor’s Degree in nursing being ideal. One year of healthcare experience is also preferred.

Must hold a valid, unencumbered RN license in the relevant state(s) and complete licensure requirements within the first 30 days of employment. Ongoing maintenance of specific competencies and certifications is required.
