Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Surgical Telemetry Step-Down night shift position requiring a VA or compact RN license and recent specialty experience.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Position is on a Surgical Telemetry Step-Down unit
  • Night shift schedule from 18 : 45 to 07 : 15
  • Work is performed in a hospital setting
  • 13-week contract assignment
  • No local candidates accepted due to a 65-mile radius requirement
  • Responsibilities include caring for patients on a telemetry step-down unit
  • Holiday coverage may be required according to facility needs
  • First-time travelers are not specifically excluded from consideration

  • Active VA or compact RN license required
  • Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Med / Surg Tele within the past 12 months
  • No gaps in work history greater than 90 days within the last year
  • Current certifications from the American Heart Association (AHA) required
  • Certifications must remain valid and not expire within 30 days of assignment start
  • U.S. Social Security Number required for consideration
