job_description.job_card.job_descriptionResponsibilities include, but are not limited to : Manufacture coating products according to customer specifications and standard procedures. Complete transactions in our inventory management system in an accurate and timely manner. Ensure accurate completion and review of quality documentation (BPRs, logbooks, etc.) as required by cGMP. Identify possible deviation occurrences and aid in investigations. Maintain a safe and clean workspace environment. Report all safety or production issues, concerns, incidents, and near misses to the team’s leadership. Review and follow the established production schedule to ensure fulfillment of customer orders. Monitor and communicate any raw material or equipment shortages or equipment calibration issues. Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvements and provide solutions. Provide feedback on any required BPRs and SOPs updates to improve clarity. Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology or similar Life Science Field preferred Experience in a technical discipline with a minimum of 1-2 years of lab experience required. Experience in a manufacturing or production environment using hazardous chemicals is preferred. Ability to operate in a cleanroom and laboratory environment which includes wearing appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) Strong focus on safety and customer service. Ability to work and communicate in a team environment in a professional and respectful manner. Self-starter, organized. Excellent written and verbal skills. Ability to read, interpret, and follow written procedures. Computer literate, Microsoft Office package, email, internet, spreadsheets. Annual Compensation Range :
- $57,000-$62,000 Biocoat is committed to providing the best in developing, manufacturing, and applying coatings on medical devices.
