Speech Pathologist

The Speech-Language Pathologist is responsible for evaluation, treatment, and documentation of inpatients, outpatients, and home health patients, as well as being responsible for supervising Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologists (CF-SLP), Speech- Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA), and Student Speech-Language Pathologists. SLPs are also responsible for supervising Rehabilitation Aides.
Job Requirements
Experience with all ages of patients and all diagnoses in the field of Speech-Language Pathology preferred. If performing home visits, must have own automobile in safe, working order and must be able to drive a car in a variety of weather conditions and road surfaces. Must have valid Oregon driver’s license and have documentation of current vehicle insurance per policy.

Education and / or Experience
Will have successfully completed a degree program culminating in the confirming of a MA / MS degree and completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) upon which certification in the form of a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) is received.
