Location : Sandy Springs, GA

Job Type : Full-Time or Part-Time

Reports To : Store Manager

Job Summary :

We are seeking a licensed, passionate, and client-focused Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality skin care services, including facials, waxing, and other treatments tailored to meet clients’ individual needs. You should be knowledgeable about skincare products and techniques, and have a warm, professional demeanor to help clients feel relaxed, cared for, and confident in their skin.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform a variety of professional skincare services including facials, exfoliation, extractions, peels, masks, and other customized treatments.
Conduct skin analyses and consultations to recommend appropriate treatments and products.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Educate clients on home skincare routines, product usage, and treatment aftercare.
Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and products.
Maintain accurate client records, including treatment notes and service history.
Contribute to a positive, supportive, and professional work environment.
Promote spa services and retail products to meet sales goals.

Qualifications :

Valid state Esthetician license (Required)

Proven experience as an esthetician or in a similar role (5+ years preferred)

Extensive knowledge of skin types, conditions, and treatments

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to build trust and maintain client confidentiality

Experience with product sales is a plus

Experience with advanced treatments like microdermabrasion, chemical peels, LED therapy, etc.
