Surgical Services Operating Room Aide

About the Position :

Works concurrently with OR staff to care for patients prior to and following their surgical procedures. Key functions include assisting patients, cleaning and preparing care rooms, troubleshooting equipment, responding to requests from surgical team or patients.

This position provides care for or assistance to patients of all ages, including : newborns, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and older adults.

What we are looking for :

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and / or training.
• Current CPR certification or within 3 months of date of hire.
