THE DAY IN THE LIFE

While no two days are quite the same, here's what you can expect as Concessions Staffing Coordinator :

• Hire, train and retain Concessions Team Members.
• Assist in training and retention initiatives in collaboration with the Concessions management team.
• Act as primary point of contact for all Concessions Team Members.
• Manage time-off requests, schedule availability, and special requests from team members.
• Build event manifests.
• Schedule staff for all dates / events and post schedule by 5pm every Friday.
• Update Declining Balance with event and training spend by day.
• Monitor timekeeping system for missed punches and potential timecard discrepancies.
• Handle check-in of staff on event days (Blazers and Other Major Events).
• Work hand-in-hand with NFP Coordinator to ensure proper placement and utilization of NFP volunteer groups without limiting hourly team members' available hours.
• Collaborate with Concessions management team on proper staffing levels for operation of F&B for all events.
