Job Title :

  • Landscaper Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Landscaper to join our team.
  • The Landscaper will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of outdoor spaces through planting, pruning, mowing, and general groundskeeping.
  • This role requires a strong work ethic, knowledge of landscaping practices, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, mulching, and planting.
  • Install and maintain gardens, lawns, shrubs, trees, and other greenery.
  • Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools.
  • Assist with landscape construction projects (e.g., patios, walkways, retaining walls, irrigation systems).
  • Monitor outdoor areas for weeds, pests, or plant health issues and take corrective action.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients on-site.

    • Qualifications & Skills :

  • Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, or related outdoor work experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of horticulture, plant care, and seasonal maintenance techniques is an asset.
  • Ability to operate and maintain landscaping tools and machinery.
  • Physical stamina to perform outdoor manual labor in various weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
  • Valid driver’s license (preferred, depending on role).
