SeamonWhiteside is looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our growing Landscape Architecture team as a Landscape Architecture Project Manager in our Mount Pleasant, SC office.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scheduling and develop landscape proposals
• Oversee concept development, deliverables, and deadlines
• Prepare project cost estimates
• Review and revise drawings and specifications
• Develop client relationships and pursue new work
• Represent the company as a sector expert
• Maintain ongoing education to enhance skills
• Manage all project types, including bidding and construction administration
• Ensure technical completeness of drawings
