Job Description
Our very good client, a Real Estate Investment Management Organization in Midtown Manhattan, has an immediate need for a Yardi Administrator.
This role will play a vital role in supporting the company’s ERP platform.
Positioned at the crossroads of accounting and property operations, you’ll provide critical
programming and application support to ensure high quality application performance and contribute to strategic projects that support continuous improvement initiatives. This is hands-on role combining customer-focused problem solving with system enhancement and optimization.
In this role, you will develop reporting solutions in response to the business needs of various divisions of the company. You will perform a variety of complex tasks involving disparate software development environments. You will perform testing and provide technical documentation of new or modified systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the Database Administrator in developing and maintaining approved custom
reports. Provide valuable input during design discussions.
Review, evaluate, design, debug, document, and implement reporting solutions asrequired by business units.
Develop queries, reports, and user-defined functions using SQL, Excel, SSRS, and othersoftware as required.
Maintain existing approved reports, forms, and other custom functionality.Modify reports and code as required by evolving business needs.Update and maintain documentation for approved report solutions.Document processes related to new property systems.Troubleshoot technology issues related to property maintenance systems.Accomplish assigned tasks and special projects on time with accuracy and attention todetail.
Interact with third-party vendors as required for interface integration.Extract and transform data to provide to third-parties, particularly during propertydispositions.
Perform hands-on testing and technical documentation of delivered fixes andenhancements to ERP system to ensure quality and alignment with business needs,
while using established SOC principles.
Evaluate, analyze, and resolve Yardi end-usersupport requests and reported issues viainternal ticketing system.
Monthly property review and journal entry for GPR.Some travel may be required.Required Skills / Qualifications :
Must be highly proficient in T-SQL, SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Studio, SQL ServerReporting Services (SSRS).
Keen interest in the use and application of Artificial Intelligence.Must be highly proficient in Excel and all Microsoft office products.Detail-oriented, quality-focused.Ability to meet hard deadlines while balancing multiple projects.Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.3 + years of hands-on experience with Yardi ERP systems, including administration andcustomization.
Educational Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related.
