Contract Duration : 6+ Months with possible extensions

Required Skills & Experience

6+ months of Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e., Mobile or Social Media) experience,

Ability and experience coordinating and executing different types of marketing materials

Strong skills in design studio applications (MS design packages)

Digital marketing / platform understanding (mobile, social media)

Strong relationship and collaboration skills within a large corporate entity

Business-to-Business service experience

Strong skills with Microsoft office applications

Collaborative

What You Will Be Doing

Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Marketing.

Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in Marketing.

Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Provide information to client personnel in Marketing.

Provide ongoing support for sponsorships which include marketing materials, logo distribution and ads

Liaison with internal design teams & stakeholders to develop marketing flyers, brochures, biographies, meeting agendas, etc.

Coordinating approvals regulatory approvals
