The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 140 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including lash extensions, lash lifts, brow laminations, lash and brow tinting, and more. We are proud to create a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guest's natural lashes. Our two salons in the area are owned locally and have already established a name for providing the highest quality of services in the area. We take a lot of pride in our team and the value we provide to our clients.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Salon Manager with responsibility towards both salons. Are you a marketing genius, for whom selling comes naturally? Do you have a track record of exceeding sales goals? Are you a motivational leader who's driven to carve a name for yourself as an inclusive leader, impacting and growing your team each day? Do you love coaching and developing sales agents to best serve our community? We would love to hear from you!

Your focus will be on improving sales, directly with front desk coverage, and indirectly via observing and coaching team members, identifying opportunities, and capitalizing on sales. You will also lead the marketing activities for both salons using our branded marketing tools and platforms, online, in-salon and through official business partnerships. The key performance indicators (KPIs) for the role include the following, and may be updated based on performance and business needs. There may be opportunities to directly manage front desk & stylist resources (depending on experience).
