We are seeking a  Corporate Recruiter  who will  build the team that drives that mission forward .

Location :

  • Arlington, VA 22203 (Hybrid) What You’ll Do As our in-house talent strategist, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of Lynch Consultants.
  • You’ll partner directly with leadership and hiring managers to find, engage, and onboard outstanding professionals who bring innovation, integrity, and results to every engagement.

Your mission includes :

  • Build and nurture  strong, proactive talent pipelines  for finance, strategy, and program management roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define needs, refine job descriptions, and deliver hiring excellence.
  • Lead  full-cycle recruiting  from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Drive creative sourcing strategies using networks, events, referrals, and digital platforms.
  • Promote a  best-in-class candidate experience  with timely, professional, and personalized communication.
  • Support workforce planning and talent strategy initiatives that strengthen our long-term capabilities.
  • What You Bring 3+ years of  corporate or in-house recruiting experience  (consulting or federal sector strongly preferred).
  • Proven success  building talent pipelines  and sourcing high-impact professionals.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; confident and credible in front of senior leaders.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to recruitment and team growth.
