Training Program :

Duration : 4–6 weeks with 200–250 hours behind the wheel

Orientation : Paid $300

Travel and hotel provided

Assigned mentor and steady miles

After Training Pay :

Starting Pay : $0.56 CPM

Weekly Avg : $1,300

Miles : 1,600–2,200 per week

Raises every 3–6 months (up to $0.64 CPM)

Freight : 100% no touch | 50% drop and hook

Home Time : Every 14 days for 2 full days
