Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details : \n

  • Work in a 28-bed Emergency Department located on 1st floor of North Tower

    • \n

  • Patient ratio of 4 : 1

    • \n

  • Work with a team of 15 staff members including charge nurse, 10 RNs, 2-3 techs, and 1 unit secretary

    • \n

  • Required to work 4 weekend shifts per month with no on-call responsibilities

    • \n

  • Required certifications : TNCC, PALS, ACLS, BLS

    • \n

  • Acute ER experience required - candidates without this experience will not be considered

    • \n

  • Trauma experience preferred

    • \n

  • Typical procedures include IV starts, blood draws, resuscitation, EKGs, and other emergency procedures

    • \n

  • Use EMR system Meditech

    • \n

  • Dress code requires royal blue scrubs

    • \n

  • Ideal candidate should be active and personable

    • \n

  • No floating to other units required

    • \n\n
