This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a solid foundation in civil litigation support and strong experience drafting legal documents needed for trial. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent organizational skills, and is comfortable communicating with attorneys, clients, and court personnel.

Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to attorneys.
• Draft legal documents, including subpoenas, notices, motions, and trial-related materials.
• Assist with trial preparation by organizing exhibits, files, and documentation.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, court staff, and opposing counsel.
• Maintain and update case files using case management software.
• Monitor court deadlines and manage attorney calendars.
• Support the litigation process from pre-trial through post-trial as needed.
