  • Utica Park Clinic, founded in 1982, is a multi-specialty medical group with more than 300 employed physicians and advanced practice providers representing over 25 specialties across 80 plus clinics in Oklahoma.

    • Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance to the facility management team to ensure the successful completion of client facility needs.
  • Analyzes work orders by size, urgency, skill set, location, complexity, and available manpower; and assists operations teams by issuing work orders in a sequential flow to individual technicians or work teams.
  • Coordinates the engagement and direction of appropriate subcontractors.
  • Comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos, and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
  • Write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and / or supervisors.
  • Effectively present information to an internal department and / or large groups of employees.

    • Qualifications

    Job Requirements :

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of two years of facility or administrative experience.
