Director Of Finance, Business Operations

The Director Of Finance, Business Operations will be responsible for overseeing and improving the processes, policies, systems, and training that enable consistent, efficient, scalable and compliant business finance execution across the segment. Reporting to the Segment CFO, this role will ensure that all finance workstreams including quoting / pricing, program finance, financial planning & analysis, cost accounting, revenue, internal controls, and compliance operate with standardized methodologies and best practices. The Director will act as a central integrator, driving business operations excellence, enabling scalability, and ensuring alignment with corporate policies and strategic objectives.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end business finance workstreams in a Defense Technology environment.
• Skilled at developing and delivering training programs that build organizational capability.

• Effective collaborator with strong communication skills, able to influence at all levels of the organization.

The salary range for this role is : $165,580 - $234,465. AeroVironment considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the location, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education / training, and key skills.

ITAR Requirement : This position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations ("ITAR") and / or the Export Administration Regulations ("EAR").
